I always think much about every buy, even if it is a pack of napkins bought as a present for the birthday party of my aunt from Georgia. But the real attention to the well-founded choice has come to me after my niece birth: looking at my light-minded relatives buying all the colored jars with remedies I decided not to wait when the childish food order comes and took a bravery with myself to explain my relatives about the responsibility of making choice man.

The short talk to the young parents explained the following: there is much information about different brands of childish food and products but it is hard and non always to understand what the difference from each other is. Of course any booklet about childish food has its own words about high quality good taste and the biggest profit of this brand.

But if the advertisement booklets do not give a full picture about offered product – what to read then? Books and magazines for parents? – Yes. But there is an origin of the objective information which you need to write first of all. It is the back side of that jar label which will begin the baby traveling on the road of taste.

What does it have to be consist of? – Ideally just that vegetable which is on the front side of the label and water helping this vegetable to be cooked. If you see the long list of ingredients ( rice flour, starch, oil, other fruit and vegetable additions non shown on the front side of label – seen that this mash is not one ingredient. The real one ingredient mash is produced from the vegetables of the same type.

Scientists, podiatrists, dieticians advice to introduce the baby with different tastes of mashes gradually – one taste with 5-7 days break. Such stepped method will let mum to follow the perception of every new product and exclude the food allergy and stomach ills. As shorter the list of mash ingredients so it s more nearby to the natural grown product, more safe because painstaking producers grow vegetables without special technology and chemicals.

If you give such mash or juice with baby cereals rich with ferrous or with meat you make a lack of ferrous in baby organism. Making attention at the label we get the possibility to make a good choice and that means that your child will grow up healthy from his first days of life.
